How do you work with us in
beginning a search?
When you decide to engage our services we will spend time with you completing
a profile of your needs, the particulars of the position, and what abilities
you believe the ideal candidate will possess. Then as we continue the
search we will actively seek feedback from you on the quality of candidates
being submitted.
How do you go about searching
for candidates?
What we don’t do is what you are doing. We believe we are partners
in your search process not competitors. We don’t post advertisements
and we won’t post your opening to a career search engine hoping
to get to the one or two “average” candidates before you
do. Because of the confidentiality of many searches we do not even post
our current opportunities on our own site. Instead we concentrate on
reaching the ideal candidates who aren’t actively seeking a change.
They are already successful and not looking to move. However, there is
something about your opportunity that would appeal to them if they only
knew about it. By using our vast network and customized technology we
are able to contact and qualify potential candidates faster, hopefully
shortening the search life cycle.
