Steve has been recruiting in the hospitality industry since 1999. Serving distinguished clients such as, Noble House Hotels, The Breakers, Sofitel, Ritz-Carlton, Benchmark Hospitality, KSL Resorts, Renaissance, Fairmont, Shutters on the Beach, Miraval Spa & Resort, and Inter-Continental, as well as a number of other independent and boutique properties.

A native of Oregon, Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Oregon State University. He is married to Karla, an elementary school teacher. They have three children, Hannah, Gabriel, and Ellie.

Steve loves spending time with his family including coaching Hannah’s soccer team, as well as taking advantage of the beautiful South Coast with some steelhead and salmon fishing when time permits.
